How We Use Third‑Party Processors

We work with the following processors to operate our Apps. Each acts under a data processing agreement and only processes data as instructed by us:

App‑Specific Data

PawCheck

PawCheck additionally collects pet profile details you provide (name, species, breed, age, weight), photos of your pet, and symptom descriptions you enter. These are processed via OpenAI's Vision API to generate AI‑based health insights. This information is used solely to provide PawCheck's features to you and is not sold to third parties.

Legal Basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6 GDPR).

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's features. You may request deletion of your data at any time; see "Your Rights" below.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@pesat.eu.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

International Data Transfers

Some of our processors (including OpenAI) may process data outside the EU/UK. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
